One of my closest friends shares his birth date with Steve McQueen. He always tells me to do something a little bit reckless in honor of McQueen. At the very least go watch The Sand Pebbles.

I had only seen Steve in Le Mans and Bullitt before watching that one.
He's actually a very good actor. And it's a very good film.
